She joined the team in 2022 as our Quality & Compliance Manager and quickly made her mark by leading Hiko through ISO certification for three major standards—ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001—all in one go. Silena added another string to her bow, stepping into the role of Marketing Coordinator to help shape how we share our story with customers.

Silena brings over 20 years of experience across industries like electricity, aviation, and pharmaceuticals. She’s passionate about helping organisations build strong, practical systems that make work-life easier and safer for people. From reducing product returns to improving workplace safety and facilitating on-job competency certification, she’s someone who rolls up her sleeves and delivers meaningful results.

When she’s not juggling quality audits and marketing campaigns, Silena loves to recharge outdoors—walking in nature, reading a good book, and spending time with her family. Her energy and commitment to continuous improvement make her an essential part of the Hiko team.
