19 May ISO surveillance audit achieved!

Hiko successfully completed its first ISO surveillance audit this month as part of its ISO certification.

Our auditor, Pouya Valakia identified a number of good practices during the audit and was pleased with the systems we have in place including risk management improvements, torque setting methodology, emissions tracking, and effective leadership. He did identify 3 minor non conformances and a number of OFIs which we are currently working through. These minor recommendations ensure we remain focused on continual improvement and operational excellence that benefits our customers and our partners.
